The narrative is broken...you are not.

Trauma is not just the things that happen to you, but an intricate way of how we have navigated through life. It is how we learned to adapt, survive, and exist through pain.

Our trauma becomes our power, our story, and our biggest lessons when we respond, show up to ourselves, and create intimacy with it.

It is not about shutting off the ego, the critical voice, or anxiety. It is about honoring the parts of you that need support. It is about honoring you.

Welcome to an 8 week course.
Befriending The Monster.

A course dedicated to your healing by creating connection with your shadow through group coaching, somatic practices, breathwork journeys, and a sense of community and belonging.

Because the most powerful creations emerge from co-creating with every part of your being, a key element of this journey is what we will be able to create from it.

1 hour group coaching, 1 hour of breathwork. Every week.

Hi, I am Sedona,

I started an intense healing journey in 2021 when I hit my wall. I was really struggling and didn’t have any resources. I was running on chaos and when I finally had a moment to explore my internal world, I found that I was no longer running the show, my trauma was.

 

I was undiagnosed with PTSD for 8+ years, constantly feeling like I was a monster, and felt like everyone hated me.

 

For some reason, something in me told me to keep showing up to it. Something said to keep going, keep exploring.

 

I discovered this world of deep personal discovery and healing work. There was no turning back.

 

No matter how much healing work I would do, I kept hitting this place of “I am a monster. I can not be loved.” 

I would try to shake it. I would try to own it. I was continuously told it wasn’t true. Everything in me believed I was awful. I even tried to call this feeling  “the monster.” 

 

One day a dear friend of mine walked me through a process. I was sharing my struggles with it all and he stopped me and told me he loved my monster. He told me from the bottom of his heart, from his deepest truth, that my monster is easy to love, and that he is so thankful it existed because it kept someone he loved so safe.

 

Something changed. That day I learned my monster could be loved.

 

It wasn’t about getting rid of this feeling of self hatred. It was learning how to integrate it. And learning that, taught me this trick:  it is not about erasing pain, but creating connection to it. 

 

See, my monster was a survival technique. It is how I stayed alive. It is how I stayed connected in relationships. It is how I stayed safe. 

 

Learning how to integrate my shadow, work with my pain, and bring action to my trauma is how I created deep internal freedom, and a really beautiful connection to me. I have befriended my monster for all it has taught me, and I love the person I have become because of it.

 

I can't wait to share this with you. Let's create a beautiful healing community of celebrating our shadows, and learning to work with our anxieties, pain, and fear to create something so so so beautiful.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

  Breathwork is a somatic tool that brings you to a parasympathetic state to help release energy, connect to deep wisdom, find patterns and stories, that are all through the body. Breathwork creates energetic space and allows powerful creation and healing to happen. 

It allows deep truth to be revealed and to bring the power of self healing to you.
